The hotel has 30 cottages with 60 rooms (One on the ground floor and the other on the first floor). All the cottages have balcony, verandahs and fire places. The main building has 72 en suite rooms. Many rooms are large enough to accommodate extra mattresses. So the triple rooms can be arranged on request. In addition to the cottages and rooms in the main building, the lodge has seven (7) presidential suites, located deep in the coffee plantation. These presidential suites are also available for your own private getaway.
The cottages have both pressure Jacuzzis and cordoned shower trays. While most of the rooms in the main building have pressure Jacuzzis, the few remaining have cordoned shower trays. The hotel has 24 hour running cold and hot water facilities, 500 Ml. mineral water bottle in all the rooms free of charge. The hotel provides laundry, pressing and dry cleaning facilities. We also provide other facilities like satellite television, hairdryer, shaver units, shampoo, hand and bath towels, Coffee/tea making facilities, electronic safes etc. in all the rooms. Mini bars can be provided on request. The Lodge provides round the clock operator assisted out going and incoming telephone calls. The Kilimanjaro Restaurant with Multi Cuisine Menu and Mega Kitchen is capable to cater for even 400 Pax at a time. Others in line are Cane Restaurant, Tuliza Bar, BBQ Ranch etc. The Restaurant and Bar services are provided 24 hours.
The hotel have a semi Olympic size swimming pool and one toddler's pool, as well as health and fitness centre. The hotel also has an Internet cafe; business centre and we provide all types of secretarial services, as well as two big conference halls which can accommodate up to 600 people at a time. Two boardrooms which can accommodate up to 100 people
at a time. The hotel has beautiful gardens and lawns. So the guests can relax in the
open air. The hotel also has a curio and gift shop.
